The Turkana's who live in Marigat are fugitives and did came from the North of Kenia some 30 years ago. This was a result of a violent tribal conflict. They live in poor circumstances in a kind of desert with only sand and cactuses. A hopeless situation and the Foundation Help Afrika helps them with weekly supply of food for the weakest and to build a school for the children because we think education is the key to all. We are very grateful that so many people are willing to give a donation for the new school and hopefully the school will be realised in the summer of 2011.
